Very attentive to my needs, polite and responsive staff

Very professional amd hassle free service

I took my truck to get serviced since the morning and when i took it i was told it was going to be done the same day because i needed my vehicle the next day when i went for my vehicle it was not ready they told me it was going to be ready tomorrow and i told them no they said it was going to be done today but a little more later in the day i said ok and wen i went to pick up my vehicle they were not done and i had to go another day to take it back to finish the job they neded to do the alignment on the truck i was told i was not going to pay for that since they were not done in time when i went to get the service done for the alignment they told me i need to pay so i ask why if you guys told i didnt have to pay since it was your fault not having my truck on time i had a bad experience and i think it was not fair what they did .

All scheduled services on my vehicle were conducted by notification from the dealership and reminders. The work was completed and I was notified and advised on future vehicle maintenance requirements due (example: rear brake rotors & pads may need replacing on the next due maintenance.

Your tech was very pleasant; helpful; how ever, after looking at my work invoice I noticed what I was charged for wiper blade replacement. $88.00 is a rib off to to anybody. If Jose would have shared this with me, I would have replaced them myself, like I usually do for about $48.00. I left a message for Jose to call me back, about this, he never did. With that said, I am surprised that in your message, you asked about a referral. That is not going to happen.

It was quick and easy to get my oil changed and angel helped me out and did a great job

Service writers don't look happy. When I went in no one acknowledged me, yes I know your busy but just say we will be with you shortly something. Also clear up the entrance and exits from the service area. My truck was parked but there was no room to exit since there were cars blocking me in. Great work on the oil change in and out like promised.

Unfortunately, my truck was returned to me in the same shape that it was when I extended In for service-the same problem occurred with him 40 miles and left me stranded in Moraga California. I’ve returned it to your shop and let’s see if on the second try they can get it right. My guess is it’s something that the mechanic did wrong when they put the new motor on it I’ve not been able to use my truck now since they put the motor in it because of its undependable. I bought the truck from you too.

First I get there and I tell them I need a shuttle ride home. And he told me, okay, give them about 15 minutes. I waited there 30 minutes and still nothing. Then, I go to him and he goes, oh, let me text him. I forgot you, text us. I have some how long it was gonna be to. My vehicle was gonna be done. He told me an hour to an hour and 45 minutes. And let me tell you my appointment was at 9:30. The shuttle guy brought me home. I waited, didn't hear anything back called them at 140, and they told me. Oh, yeah, your car's been done for a long time. Already never received a call from them, stating that my car was done. So I tell him, well, I need a shuttle ride to pick me up. Okay? I will call them and tell them. Never received a call from the shuttle person. I end up calling back an hour and 30 minutes later. Asking again, what time will the shuttle driver be here to pick up my vehicle? He tells me, oh I forgot. Let me give him a call. I waited 20 minutes, then I called back time. I'm just to forget the shuttle drive. I have somebody taking me i get to the dealership, and I tell a guy I'm here to pick up my vehicle. I tell him my phone number. He finds my keys and gives me my receipt, and that was, it didn't explain anything to me. I had to ask him, where was my car parked? Didn't have a very good experience.

I had a great experience. I was notified every step of the way on the process and timeline of my service. You guys gave me the best deal and fast service. Service advisor Sterling Williamson provided me great customer service.

All sales people were great. In my opinion, when someone buys something from you it should be received in the best condition possible. Should have been detailed (adhesives from stickers cleaned, inside toweled off, outside washed). And not Gold Star fault but the storage compartment “upgrade” is really bad, waste of money.

Great information online. Photos and vehicle description matched what we saw in person at the dealership. Staff was friendly and informative. Sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the features of the vehicle. Finance was super quick, has us in and out! Dealership was clean!
